I agree recasting is a no-no, but I doubt anyone is getting their money back. If my math is right Hano received around $1600 from everyone. I doubt he can pull that out of nowhere. So if we don't get anything he is thief. I believe its a class C felony. I hope he comes through with the sculpt cause I know were not get any money. Come on Hano bring us the goods.

He's still in china and will be back soon and he promise me on the head of his daughter that I will have all the heads send to me.

Wow, I sure missed alot in this thread over the last few days

All I'm gonna say is this, can we just all be a bit more understanding of each others views when it comes to morals and business? Seems like people want to push their own views onto others alot on here as if there's one set of rules to rule them all.

Ortizwerx is a paying customer expecting a product, he has every right to complain. If elvis is stepping in to help with the situation, let him & Ortizwerx handle the details. I'm sure elvis can handle himself. His methods are definitely different than mine, my I understand his frustrations.

I'm also not gonna point the Bodysnatchers finger of doom at any dreaded "recasters" out there when we are paying for an unlicensed likeness ourselves. I feel pretty sure the art staff for Arkham Asylum who came up with the new Joker design isn't getting a royalty check for this project, correct? So, i'm not so quick to jump on the "defend the artist" bandwagon.

So yeah, I'm on board for what ever was mentioned earlier, May 28 deadline? I'm really glad communication was established with Hano, but you'll have to excuse me if I wait until I actually have the head in my hand before I celebrate. Fair enough?

I think I already have done way too much on that project given that I will be the one who will be sending all the heads to everybody.

That isn't my role I just choose to help everyone.

All kidding aside, kudos to Seb for attempting to rememdy this whole fiasco. Hey, Seb! Any chance you can get Hanouman to complete my project as well? Or maybe just send me back the headsculpt and hat???
