i think lou was bigger and heavier (dont know actual stats) but his symmetry and conditioning were leagues behind arnolds, he didnt even come 2nd he came 3rd in that one in pumping iron and think it was the right place, but yeah a true olympia legend and should have won at some point.

Oh.... the 6'5 285lbs FTW!!!!! Man he should of won that year against Arnold.

I watched it with Pitu while I visited him in New Years! I even documented the experience!

dont know if you know of him but danno is doing me a faux bronze and a realistic paintup for the two i want. they should come out looking really nice hes one of the best painters around, cant wait to see it done

An absolute monster of a mold which weights a ton!! this is the first cast, and there are no air bubbles and minimal flashing!! if they all go like this then finishing them should be really quick :buttrock:

What do you think of today's BBs? I think they put too much emphasis on mass and not symmetry. And you barely see a bb with a small waste anymore.

To be blunt, all the growth hormone and insulin has ruined the sport. Look at Kai Greene or Ronnie Coleman in 2005, distended bellies!!
I think Dexter Jackson is the only bodybuilder that still looks good. Although I love seeing Mass Monsters and walking chemistry experiments on stage for the freak factor.
