That Harley drawing DOES look real-life familiar. Like a mix between Debbie Harry (lead singer from the 80's punk band Blondie), Kim Bassinger (young, like back in her Fabulous Baker Boys days) and Angelina Jolie in her role as Maleficent. Seems almost like the artist blended all three looks together in a way.
