I never said I didn't want her, and if she does come out, I'll buy her. I just think that there's a better candidate for the third figure coming out of the gate is all. As I mentioned earlier, I've just never understood why Arkhamverse Harley has received all of the attention when there are other interpretations (like TAS) that are much, much stronger.

Again, I get that people love Harley, I love Harley. However, I still think that this is arguably the weakest interpretations of her. Both in terms of character development and visuals. Outside of the HQR DLC, she's barely in the games, and, compared to other iterations (including its predecessor, Arkham Asylum), it seems like her Arkham City design is actually quite bland. Which is another reason why I don't think that she's a good choice.

People like these figures because they're visually interesting, it's not completely based on characterizations. That's why there were people who didn't particularly care for the film that wanted a Green Lantern figure. To put it bluntly: I just don't believe that Harley is the most visually appealing character that they could choose, and it seems like a lazy choice to me.

Very good point but then again again its hot toys all they care for is money so let's make the most popular characters instead the characters who have the best visuals.

Yeah, we should be happy HT is doing this line at all. I was just expecting AC Batman and then that's it. So glad we're getting at least 3 in this line. I'm hoping for more of course.

Even though I agree that her character development could've been better (or stuck w/ the original look at least). I'm still picking up anything HQ, as I'm still a huge fan of her regardless.

For me at least, I find her video game appearance to be the most interesting of all her costumes that I can recall. Plus I love the realistic look compared to the jester comic version. Finally... I think this will be our only chance to see a high quality 1/6 Harley Quinn without paying for a custom.

Why are people acting as if HQ is a sure thing? The interview said that there are 3 figures confirmed coming out, and they are also considering Harley. HQ is not one of the three. They even said that they cannot promise they will release her.

You're right, the Hot Toys Corporate Affairs/Communications department is not really an expert on the English grammar, so they can mean one thing but really convey another to readers.
