A Brad Dourif figure would be awesome. I want all the main characters: Gollum, Galadriel, Theoden, Elrond, Faramir, Denethor, Grima, old Bilbo (from the beginning of The Fellowship), Sauron, and Lurtz. And updated versions of Gandalf the Grey & White, and Legolas. Goblins and Orcs beyond that would also be welcome.

I don't think there's even a slight chance of that happening. Neither Tauriel nor Bard sold very well, and preorders on Thranduil were low enough that the edition size was a mere 600. Even if they fixed the head issue with Tauriel, I can't see there being enough interest in her to justify the effort.
