I love the SS version of Ash, and while it‘s debatable about the head sculpt, the SS tailoring slays the Asmus one. While im still down for the luxury edition, I’m hoping Asmus improve the tailoring before release.

glad I didnt succumb to the outrageous aftermarket prices for the SS Ash. This Asmus one will do nicely. Will be my first Asmus figure too, tho Ive been looking at their Devil May Cry line with great curiosity...

They do their Devil May Cry 5 V figure had seamless arms and they are pretty good I had the figure but ultimately sold it. But for the time I had it I left them in a bent pose and they were completely fine plus they had tattoos sleeved on them so even better as they never rubbed off. I believe they use a pvc rubber over silicon.

Currently working on Quarter scale normal and fun fair version of Beetlejuice but totally agree.

Imagine what they could do with that least it would be decent with tons of stuff. Sideshow couldn't even get the extras right.

Yeah for some reason the order hasn't appeared on my account yet either, and I didn't get an email confirmation either. Only the paypal email for my deposit. I sent them a message to make sure they have me down.

Agreed - Asmus has done some amazing work. I have a friend that has the 3 Hateful Eight figures and the Diorama that Asmus put out, while they aren’t in my wheelhouse I couldn’t help being impressed with all of them. The sculpt work and paint on all three of the figures as well as the tailoring was top notch and the diorama seriously looked like a museum piece.

Well, I’m impressed! I’m considering the regular due to budget and space limitations though. Might try and source a 1/6 blue shirt to rip up
And an Asmus Beetlejuice? Totally! That SS abomination was ridiculous. An Adam and Barbara 2 figure set with distorted faces and Lydia with camera accessory…..
Oh, and while we’re dream-collecting, please Asmus, a Willow line of figures would rock! Madmartigan’s final battle armour would be amazing. Just throwing it out there.

I definitely would be down for some Friday the 13th figures the diorama base would be amazing some type of Camp harbour like I've seen from custom artist would be great. I also hope that we get an Ash vs Evil Dead line Old Man Ash would be amazing to have with young Ash. Lol

Finally a 1/6 scale Ash that doesn’t look like a caricature with an oversized head and that awful fang thing on the side of his torso!
I couldn’t bring myself to buy it but love the film so much that the only thing that finally stopped me was secondary market prices after it sold out.
Asmus has come through!

Have just over $200 in reward points I need to use by the end of the year. This week is the reason I wanted to wait as long as possible before choosing something. Ash would be a great candidate, but the new Crow PF is also enticing.

All I need now is a T2 Endoskeleton announcement and I'll be thoroughly vexed.

Could be a marketing stunt, but it's damn early for that. Maybe they'll get a larger allotment from Asmus in time? Either way, this should be a hot seller. Can't afford to wait much longer before making a decision.

Instant PO for me. Looks awesome. I’m so glad I missed out on the SS version back in the day. This more than makes up for it. Nice touch with the 666 batch size for the Luxury version.
