How is it not worth $100?I wonder if they will still sell just the headsculpt after that queen studios reveal. Also I am not sure if it’s still worth it if it’s priced $100

We are almost ready,Well, I will happily be buying one! Any idea when that will be happening?
Damn people weren’t exaggerating when they said the eyeballs were grey. After the full reveal of the InArt Gandalf, I thought it's high time to see to what extent I will customize my Asmus Gandalf. I started taking him apart to see what needs weathering, re-sewing etc., and I also removed the eyeballs. Davejames' amazing version is my benchmark, although I do want to try to retain the moveable eyes.
It's probably been mentioned at some point in this thread, but I was surprised what the eye balls actually look like once removed. The sclera is a proper dark grey. Of course they shouldn't be a pearly white, but this is nowhere close to the eggshell white it should be and it surely contributes to the eyes looking too dark in certain lighting.
I'll have to either repaint these eyes or make new ones.

Great! I am planning on getting one to upgrade my original Asmus Gandalf. We are almost ready,
properly next week
Very interested in the steps you take with the eyes. Making them whiter might bring this figure up a notch from an already high spot. After the full reveal of the InArt Gandalf, I thought it's high time to see to what extent I will customize my Asmus Gandalf. Is this for real? Why in the world would anybody paint/produce eyes that gray? After the full reveal of the InArt Gandalf, I thought it's high time to see to what extent I will customize my Asmus Gandalf. Definitely looking forward to getting one. This upgrade is for the people who owns the first version of our GtG, it wasn't about making money in the first place.
So I guess it will still be happening.
What figure is that eye from?I’m shocked by those grey eyes too. Here’s a Hot Toys 1:4 eye for comparison.
Probably a cancelation since the InArt announcementOh hey, PopCultcha has the Asmus Crown Gandalf in stock - $599 AU. A cancelled order perhaps? Or maybe they are finally getting stock from OS.
Gasp! Could that mean HD Legolas will be finally coming soon?
They definitly went a little too grey on the eye balls. I might try swap them out with some HT ones...After the full reveal of the InArt Gandalf, I thought it's high time to see to what extent I will customize my Asmus Gandalf.
