Asmus, thanks for staying present in the forum. I don’t see things as an either/or in collecting, so as collectors, I think we’re all the richer for the diversity of offerings - I appreciate it. Throne Room Thranduil looks masterful, and I look forward to adding him to my collection at some point.

What exactly is the problem at this point? Thranduil looks good and seems like a figure that can bring collectors back to Asmus. I think it was mentioned that it was a licensor problem previously. Are they just not giving final approval?

Oof. That's unfortunate, but sadly with the way WBD is right now, it's not surprising.

I am sorry you guys are on hold because of all of this. Hopefully it's resolved soon. I'm really rooting for you guys to hit a home run with Thranduil.

Where are you up to with any of the new LOTR figures? Any plans for re-releases of older figures like Arwen in her riding outfit?

Unfortunately we have no plan for a Arwen in 2025,
but there will be Saruman, Haldir and Gil-galad
