It's about Thor losing his power. Anyone can be Thor. You, me, a mutant. What's been said is that Thor is still gonna be around. It's just gonna be another chick who is gonna be worthy of holding Mjolnir.

Yeah sure it's based on actual mythology but it's BASED. I don't think Stan ever meant to completely stick to the myths. This is just science fiction/fantasy after all. They were always going to be doing their own thing with it. ,y friend LOVES Thor and even worships him since she is Pagan. She told me that yeah they do change things from the actual mythology but it's still just a different universe than the actual myths and thinks the changes are cool in their own creative way. I mean Heaven is the 10th realm? Pretty damn cool from a fictional standpoint.

I wouldn't mind either if a dude took on the mantle of Wonder Woman or even if a white dude took on the mantle of Black Panther. As long as you treat the original character with respect and write it well but that's just me.

I think the current Ms. Marvel run as well as even the new Wally West are executing the ideas pretty well.

Yeah I'm thinking that's the case, I'm fine with that, I just meant that turning Odinson into a woman was stupid, the only thing I don't get is, his name is Thor, how can someone else, even if worthy of Mjolnir be named Thor too?

It's mythology based, yeah, so? :lol

Oh Ms Marvel has been a delight! DESMBIGGEN! :rotfl

Boooooooooooooooooooom! :hi5:

Eeeeeeeeeh, on 1st impressions, I'm not blown away by Ultron.

I think the guys in the background look way better.

Holy ****ing *** balls. Ultron and drones look far better than I would have thought. This is quite possibly the most anticipated movie I have ever had. Him and his drones look so military! I love it!

Haha I know Jontron. We went to the same high school and lives literally 10 minutes away from me. xD

Is he as funny in real life? Or does he grate on the nerves :lol

Question:

Who could Andy Serkis possibly be playing in the Avengers 2? Abomination perhaps?

https://www.mtv.com/news/1868265/andy-serkis-hulk-avengers/

What if he's playing Thanos :panic:

I did not! :lol

I thought it was a FOX film, my mistake.
I'm still almost certain that if they do bring Abomination back it won't be Tim Roth.

Edit: Stark was in the post credits scene, of course it's a Marvel movie. :slap

Come oooon dope…sheesh…Com'ere…come get your noogy :lol

(CNN) -- Robert Downey Jr.'s son Indio is in trouble with the law.

Indio Falconer Downey, 20, was arrested Sunday on drug possession charges. He's since been released on bail.
"Indio Downey was a passenger in a vehicle stopped around 2 p.m. Sunday," according to West Hollywood Sheriff's Station Sgt. Dave Valentine. "Downey was found to be in possession of what officers believed to be cocaine as well as a smoking pipe. Downey was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and posted bail around 9 p.m. that same evening."

Robert Downey Jr.'s representative released a statement saying that Downey was "grateful to the Sheriff's department for their intervention."
"Unfortunately there's a genetic component to addiction and Indio has likely inherited it," the rep said.

"Also, there is a lot of family support and understanding, and we're all determined to rally behind him and help him become the man he's capable of being. We're grateful to the Sheriff's department for their intervention, and believe Indio can be another recovery success story instead of a cautionary tale."
The elder Downey had several well-publicized issues with drug addiction in the 1990s. He went through treatment a number of times, including a year in the California Substance Abuse Treatment Facility and State Prison, before finally getting clean in 2001.

Indio Downey is the son of Downey and his first wife, Deborah Falconer. Downey and Falconer divorced in 2004 after almost 12 years of marriage.

Hahaha sweet man

Yeah I'm not sure about Roth, but Abomination has been brought up in the One-Shot "The Consultant" that came with the first Thor

And numerous times in Agents of Shield.

It would be cool to see him again

Just make this the official one-sheet Marvel. No need for any second and third stringers. Just Stark, Rogers, and a ton of killer robots. :)
