Actually, there is new leaked info that comes with this trailer. Not sure if true or not.

Tony wakes up a "Dormant peace keeping program" (aka Ultron), meaning Tony doesn't actually create him. Andy's character has something to do with the actual creation of Ultron, he realizes how dangerous he is, then puts him into some kind of robot coma. Early in the movie Tony finds Ultron and wakes him up, then he and the other Avengers go and take down Baron Von Strucker. They come back to Stark tower afterwards to celebrate and that's when Ultron first appears, with the Avengers being gone he had time to create a makeshift body and corrupt Jarvis.

That pretty much puts an end to my theory, I figured Howard Stark and Hank Pym started on the Ultron project (which we would get a glimpse of in Ant-Man) and then Tony would then takeover and finish the job in the Avengers which would still leave Hank Pym sort of the creator, but also explain Tony's reasoning for finishing the project and why he got started with it in the first place.

I think my theory is better to be honest haha

Can't wait to see the scene when Tony Stark goes to Ultron's house in Miami and catches him drunk in bed with two women, and Ultron starts speaking with an English accent, Jack Sparrow style, and tells Tony it was all a joke....Thanos is the real villain

Or they pull a Godzilla and all the scenes in the trailer where Ultron is all menacing are just really him, an ally of the Avengers, speaking to Thanos instead.

Well the way I see it... whoever created the first wheel doesn't deserve the credit for the creation of cars and bikes, so... I want to think Tony created Ultron

But its good to see Hank has some involvement.

That's an upgrade. Loki had that dude with the arrows. At least QS and SW have powers.
