Yeah, I don't get it.

I thought the use of the Pinnocchio was clever and creepy, it really fit Ultron. I'm not sure I get the bitching and mocking of it. It's way better than that crappy rock music they were using in the Avengers trailers.

What's to mock? Pinocchio is a cultural powerhouse that never let go since 1940. To be fair, Captain America probably got that reference before anyone else did.

BTW, perfect timing for a very special, once-in-a-lifetime Blu-Ray release of one of Disney's absolute classics! Call now!

The Russo Bros really turned Cap around from the poor showing Whedon gave him.

Whedon Cap: "Flying monkeys! I understood that! Derp, derp, derp."

Russo Cap: "Yeah. War Games. Saw it. Just turn the computer on please."

I wonder if Capt will get the inevitable Frozen movie references Whedon is going to use in Avengers AOU?

We'll see if Whedon Cap version A2 will be able to maintain something of the no-nonsense skull crackin' of Russo Cap.

But what I'm really trying to say is that Disney = Ultron. :horror

Well, to be fair, in Avengers, Cap was a little more bright-eyed and less cynical. He wasn't on the run, there wasn't a conspiracy and he was chilling with fellow superhero bros. He was trying to fit in.

By Winter Soldier, he's disillusioned and has no time for games.

Capt has had a rough time. On Tuesday, he was fighting HYDRA and Red Skull with his magical cube and saving the world by crashing a plane and almost dying. When he wakes up the the "next day", it's 70 years later and everyone he knows is dead. Then, within days of waking up, he has to fight an Alien invasion led by a God from another world. Then, give or take a few weeks, he has to fight Shield, his dead best friend, and take down Hydra along with Shield to save the world. And now, he's fighting a crazy robot with an army...man, it sucks to be Capt.

I kind of felt bad for Widow a few times in TWS. You could tell she wanted Steve's approval throughout and was hurt at his "all business" nature a few times. Reminded me of when ex-criminal Diamondback temporarily partnered up with him for the Bloodstone Hunt in the comics.

Its funny that other studios are allowed to heavily reference Disney movies like The Matrix with Alice in Wonderland, King Kong with Beauty and the Beast, and DOFP with Sleeping Beauty but have a guy in AoU say a line from Pinocchio and everyone ****s themselves.

Welcome to Sideshow Freaks, you must be new here! :wink1: :lol

But he did tell her that he trusted her when she asked him at Falcon's house.
