The only mention of any previous incident from any of their solo movies was the fall of shield.

No mention of Extremis, Mandarin, Thor's mother dying, or even Loki's death!

Pepper was cured of extremis in Iron Man 3.

They mentioned Loki's attack on New York, Bucky ("missing person"), BW "flirting" with Cap in TWS, and the fall of SHIELD. But yeah, other than referencing the existence of Pepper and Jane nothing from IM3 or TDW that I can think of. I did think that Thor's dream of everything going to pot on Asgard was supposed to be connected to Loki being on the throne though.

Well, Thor kept Loki's death a secret then.

Even though we the audience knows he's not dead, he's busy imitating Odin.
