If they do kill him off he better at least get a badass new war machine suit to die in. That would at least soften the blow.

It would make sense in the grand scheme of things for Rhodey to die at the hands of Tony's creation. Sparking Tony to get involved with the Super Human Act, or whatever they're calling it. Push him over the edge.

If Ultron is one of the first to be put up for order it will still most likely be Q1 2016 before he's released (maybe late Q4 2015).
