It's so hard to tell from an unfinished trailer. And comparing a trailer version to a merchandise version. Chances are there are going to be differences between the on screen and the physical version. Hollywood goes for the best look, which may not be something that works in real life.

I can see multiple design differences between the mk2 and mk3 version, as you labeles them, that's not the vibranium surface stuff. But is that because one is a visual effect and ones a practical or is there a real design difference. Until the final cut of the film I'm not sure how you can know.

Hell yes.

I don't think I've liked any of those bobble head figures, they're cheap & cheerful though I guess. lol

I've started getting the Big Bang Theory ones, fund Sheldon at my local Wal-Mart :lol

I think they're alright for people, not so much for Hulkbuster there, his eyes :lol

I hope this is correct, I've had this feeling for a while since the lego pics were first released. I knew the EW cover had to mean we'd see that Ultron in the film, cause all the drones in the background of that pic had blue lighting. I've believed all along that the EW cover Ultron will be the one orchestrating the Ultron army fight against the avengers where we start to see all the drones jumping out of the water and climbing buildings is where this Ultron will come in.

Basically Ive had an undying believe the EW cover Ultron will appear because thats the design I love most and want a figure off...but the lego sets kinda back me up
Yeah, I think it makes the most sense. While my most favorite design is the (seeming) final form in my sig by virtue of its reverence to his modern stuff, it would really make me happy if they also gave a lot of screentime to the EW cover since it's such an awesome rendition of the classic design.

Honestly, I see the EW cover leading the Ultron army for a huge chunk of the film (on the front lines no less), while the final form seems like the kind of "refined" appearance he'd adopt while trying to take down the Avengers all by himself in some grand final battle.

Admittedly, while I'm really glad that the final form was the first thing that HT announced for Ultron, I would hope that HT doesn't disappoint in delivering his other forms as well.

My sister and I are building our own ultimate 'teams' ala Avengers, Justice League etc with them; So far I have Ray Stantz from Ghostbusters are Rapael, she is winning with Cap, Flash, Coulson, Robin Hood (Disney Fox version) and Rocket, its become a thing now to buy each other a new one.

Its a nice way to collect a varied group of characters keeping them in scale as I had considered doing something similar with action figures after finishing my S1 Power Ranger Figuart collection but the scales would all off between the manufacturers.

These are great to display and don't break the bank :)

Usually the thought weird but kind of cute comes to mind when ever I see these type of bobble heads but with that Hulkbuster one it just looks wrong, I think people are better..., I certainly can't see a suit of armour having a stoned look to it, I thought the Stormtrooper was ok in this style but not enough to want to buy it. :)

It's good/nice when you've got a purpose to what your collecting (besides just liking something I mean), I think what you & your sister are doing sounds pretty cool, so in that sense it's a good thing these are out there & allow you to do your collecting duo thing..., you should take a picture of your group & your sisters too. :)

Yeh its a great thing to talk about when ever we see each other, hers is much better than mine so far especially as she has hers displayed out of their boxes, I need to decorate and sort the room where my growing collection is going before I unbox mine right now they are on the shelf in their cardboard prison.

I know what you mean about purpose, doing the 'ultimate hero' thing helps with not getting the Pokemon mindset with them (although part of me wants all the Ghostbusters but I am looking at tracking down the 30th Mattel figures) especially as some of them vanish quickly and are never available again.

Hmm, that pic makes me think the jaw could be hinged, so opened it would look pretty similar to classic comics Ultron. Would be cool, if so. I'll be getting Mark I and then whichever one is closest to Ultron's 'open maw' look.

My Ultron Fan Art's been making the rounds lol

Yeah this would be gold, especially as he could swap his A.I from drone body to body in the sea of blue light drones surrounding the Avengers, with the red light main Ultron A.I swapping between bodies facing different Avengers etc. So as Hulk or Thor smashes the body Ultron's in he just reappears right behind them in a new body.

I think I only saw one of the Ghostbusters, as with any kind of collectible though I find some things are hard to find unless you buy them straight away (as in, as soon as they come out)..., have any of these become rare enough that they sell for silly money (do you know)?

That would make for some great action :lol

Not too sure, I can imagine some of them probably do have a decent resale value especially popular ones like Avengers or some of the exclusive con ones.
