Avengers: Age of Ultron

Just got done listening to (most of) the soundtrack... I was really hoping the Avengers theme song from the first one would have a variation for this movie... I like the AoU theme though, I just like the one from the first movie better...The AoU theme sounds familiar as if I've heard it many times before and I can't figure out why.

Where'd you listen to it? Been trying to track it down. I too love Alan Silvestri's soundtrack from the first one, and was hoping for a sampling of it.

The movie was great but lacking in many places, things i did like was Ultron, i wasn't expecting as many "humor" for him and James Spader did a great job on VO and mocaping him. They also did a fantastic job in writing each character's inner demons and fears really what a sequel is about, going to darker places of characters. Cameos of war machine and falcon.

I didn't like the black widow and Bruce Banner's romance, felt force and not convincing. Through out the movie i was getting the vibe they were gonna kill hawkeye which i was fine with(showing his wife and kids are basically a farewell to the movie), but instead, they killed quicksilver a really promising character to the team which i grew to love. Thought Ultron could use 1 or 2 more scenes to flesh out the character, now he just makes useless drones for the avengers to kill

I thought they made it obvious without making it a blatant declaration.

Aside from appearing in Thor's "vision", Ultron blatantly mentions how he was meant to represent his "vision" for himself. One can assume that Vision probably adopted his name from that idea.

I just got back from the cinema. Such a good film, it surpassed my expectation. Way too many positives to even think about picking a favourite scene or character!
I was really impressed with Scarlet Witch though. Her figure is almost a certain buy for me.

My resistance to Ultron Prime HT has all but evaporated!

Glad you enjoyed it Scarlet Witch was awesome Prime was definitely the best Ultron imo

Loved the movie. Editing was a bit crappy.
Thought Ultron wasn't as intimidating as he should have been. They really missed the boat on that one.

Liking this new lineup! Nice way to keep things fresh and deal with the real world problems of comic book movie fatigue and contractual obligations with the actors
