I'm surprised no one's brought up the missing red eyed 43 with scar down the faceplate. Deleted scene perhaps? I was quite looking forward to that aspect but then totally forgot about it during the film.

Well if you read the comics, Ultron is able to control any machines remotely. Maybe this was cut due to time constrain or it wouldn't make sense if they tried to have IM and WM around and it won't sell toys to kids!
Maybe this is why Tony uses "Friday" in the 45 instead of Jarvis, where was Jarvis at the end of the movie anyway. Was he fully integrated into Vision??
Yes pretty sure jarvis + mindstone became vision, so stark had to boot another program (Friday). What I didn't get was how both ultron and vision got activated in the first place. Didn't stark and banner say they didn't get anywhere close with integrating the AI from the scepter? And quicksilver unplugged the systems to prevent vision from booting up? Did thor's hammer trigger it? Though that doesn't make much sense?
I think they only used Jarvis as a template for Vision's programming hence why Vision felt like he was a new person instead of being necessarily Jarvis himself. They also mentioned how Jarvis has been hiding under Ultron hence why he was able to counteract against Ultron's attempts of accessing nuke codes. I assume that when Ultron was uploading himself into the synthetic body, he actually did more than half of the work for the Avengers. The key thing is that without a direct link from Ultron, they were able to easily recover what was left of Jarvis and use that to create Vision. I think Quicksilver just unplugged the cradle's power source so Thor just gave it the boost it needed.
HNNNNNNNNNGGGGG I WANT ULTRON.

Geez those are odd. Scary. And in a rather strange pose. Are these part of the adult line I saw at the store the other day?
can anyone explain what ultron did with the vibranium? he used part of that to make the vision, was the thruster(metal beam thor had to hit) made of of vibranium too? also how is that suppose to support the entire landscape?
He used parts of it to make Vision. Later he used parts of it to make his Ultimate Ultron form and used the rest of it to make the core of his city-wide device. Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought the entire city structure was held by some sort of magnetic force, similar to Ultron's magnetic ability.
You are correct.
