Very true - this does happen all the time and could very well be the case here. SSC Ancients are ending in the $400 range, so who knows

Well if your not a HT predator fan this auction shouldn't matter to you. I'm not a Marvel fan but I know the price of some of those peices are crazy.
If you don't have this Ancient Elder sorry to hear it. I paid no more than $150 for every one of my preds.
One good thing for collectors is that these will never lose a penny of value.

i noticed that the only one u dont have is the scar Hong Kong exclusive.whys that? thats the one im missing too. BTW-one just ended on ebay for 810 today! and i lossed it

in my way of thinking 150 plus shipping is the most i would ever pay for a 1/6th anything...........i love hot toys and got the alien dallas & kane on order but if they were say 180 plus i would have passed...........$150 is max for me..... .............it would really have to blow me outta the water to go higher than that.........thats creepin up on PF prices. hicks & the like be damned for over that amount on seconday market.

I had to pass on the HK exclusive, nothing really special about it. Once one head is on good luck getting it off to swap out. And when it was first released you still had to pay about $300 to get one. oh well, I just pretend that hot toys never made one and then I can fall to sleep at night

You can take a hair dryer and heat up the neck joint, I do it on all of mine when i want to remove their head and it works like a charm. And when you want to put a head on just heat the hole in the neck and pop it onto the post.
