I stand corrected. I guess their policy is different from product to product and what the nature of the damage is.

you have sent back the body of wolf , right? if i remeber well you have had a problem with wolf body? maybe an entire body it's just different from 2 feets , for send a replacement an entire body is not exatly as 2 legs or 2 feets...maybe...

anyway the avp r alien is the lastest alien release so...i don't know...i will let you know what they will respond to me

Oh, nope. I fixed it my self. I sure as hell wasn't going to send it back.

If Hot Toys doesn't make you send them anything, then they will send you the fixed piece for free. But if you have to send something into them than they're going to charge you for shipping both ways, and maybe even a service chare.

Actually Hot Toys doesn't charge you for shipping both ways. You pay the post office to have the defective item shipped to them. They will send it back to you free of charge. I have never heard of a service charge before so not sure if it exists.

Oh, I was guessing on the service charge, but they did tell me I'd have to "pay for the shipping both" and I guessed that the ''Both"" meant both ways.
