My mom has smoked all my life. She's using those electric cigarette things where you keep going down to lower concentrations of tobacco until you quit. It seems to be working for her.

I was wondering if Smoking is the hardest habit to quit since it felt like it was what you guys were talking about the most, that's what I was wondering,

My bad habit is smoking cigarettes I started when I was 16 and tried to quit several times but it seems the cigarette always win anyone have any tips on how to quit

For one, you have to really WANT to quit first, then go get acupuncture. My dad and several people I know done it and never smoked again. It was only kinda hard for 3 days. Soon, you'll hate the smell of it.

You have to have a girlfriend to cheat on her. I don't know if I would call the girls you spend time with girlfriends.

Although, I've heard it's harder to quit smoking. I don't know. I've never tried to quit a hard drug habit.

I did Acupunture, it changed some stuff in me, it lower my blood pressure, it stopped the cravings i used to have to eat all the time, I mean, I could feel the change myself, it was good

A couple of guys I know had a hard time with painkillers from sports and work related injuries. Even after their pain subsided they still had to take it to feel "normal" again. One of them quit by tapering the pills little by little until he didn't need them anymore.

That's a health habit. Well, at least the stuff before Peter Cetera became the front man. I like the old CTA stuff more than the love ballads and such.
