My two Belgian gift sets arrived today (threw the boxes away)..

Unfortunately the Rochefort glass arrived broken, hopefully I'll get a new one soon.

Some pics:

My brother brought over a six pack of Leffe Blonde last weekend... it was ok. Nothing I'd want again... funny, my Fullers and Carlsbergs are gone yet I still have 3 of the Leffes in my fridge. My brother must not have been a fan either...

For argument sake (I'm not saying I do this but) if I like to buy two cases of really cheap beer rather than half a dozen bottles of premium beer what would that make me.

Nothing wrong with that imo. Just my personal preference, i love good beer, but if i had to choose, i'd rather indulge in a good bottle of wine than a good bottle of beer.

Let's use Corona and Bud Light as examples. Corona costs $42.95 for a case of bottles and $43.40 for a case of cans. Bud Light costs $40.95 for a case of cans and $37.95 for a case of bottles. This is the regular (non-sale) price in Ontario.

What does it cost where you're from?

A case of 24 Coronas cost $55 in Sweden. But that's a lot for you since the dollar is weak now.

24 Coronas cost like $30 here. BLs are probably like $20 per case.

I'm drinking some refreshing Avery IPA right now.

Yeah I know. You know what's even worse, I can buy exported Canadian beer for half the price in the US than I can here in Ontario. WTF is up with that? ^^^^ing ^^^^^ government and their taxes.
