Yup, the figure's perfectly capable.

My point is, with the sculpted neck to mimic that look you have to twist the entire neck which looks stupid. To me. That's all.

Going by the film shot though, the neck relative to the head looks like it would look with the way the figure is.

Repainted his hair, and make up.

Interrogation scene has his hair much lighter than whats on the Hot Toy's head.
