Same thing happened to a guy on the ToyWorld forums. You're not alone.

Yeah that happened on mine - not sure if it has anything to do with why the new head won't stay on the version 1 body.

why in gods name would they make the head stick tight with the figure which includes an optional head and have the other figure without an extra head come off with such ease ?.

Oh don't worry dude, although I was pissed it all turned out o.k. and nothing was left broken or anything. Just some weak adhesive thats all, a little glue and its all back to normal.

Yeah it must be otherwise it doesn't grab hold of the neck adapter.

I was wondering if the whole head is actually glued to the socket ?.

Just got mine from an HK dealer - no problems switching the head at all on either figure.

I just super-glued the skin-colored ring back inside the neck (you can use the other head for reference on how it looks) and popped it on the neck adapter and it held fine.

sorry , I need to rephrase the question.

I mean before you try to take any of the heads off is the neck actually glued to the bodys socket ?.

I think he plans on shipping them out on or around the 15th. I don't think he has them yet though.
