Re: Baroness Premium Format

I can't remember where but a while back I read that lcbs buys the $300 piece for around $150 or $180 from sideshow and they end up selling it for $250-$275. Don't know if there is any truth in that.

Re: Baroness Premium Format

It's probably true, which means that their actual cost is nowhere near $300 . . . their cost per each one is probably around $100

Re: Baroness Premium Format

I ended up ordering the Ex last night and jumping on the wait list for the Cobra Commander Ex. I probably should have just ordered the regular Baroness from an AD since the Ex isn't really needed but at least I can do it in payments with Flex Pay.

I swear whenever I cut back on what I'm collecting something new comes along to eff it all up.

Re: Baroness Premium Format

Looks like she turned out pretty good. Don't need the extra gun so will prob wait & just get the non-EX through a dealer.

They will make a ton of these PFs since she's a "hot chick", so I doubt there'll be any difficulty getting one sometime down the road.

While I agree she'll most likely still be available down the road, I disagree 100% with the reasoning as to why. :lol

Re: Baroness Premium Format

Can't wait for the "sixth scale figure".

Re: Baroness Premium Format

A quick question for anyone since I've never had this situation come up. I've got about $80 in reward points I was thinking of applying to this. Would they take the NRD out of my reward points or my credit card?

I'm guessing no, since it pretty much defeats the purpose of the NRD.

Been down that road before and no they don't let you use your rewards to cover NRD's. They want hard earned cash for your deposits.

Re: Baroness Premium Format

I must have missed that criticism but its a valid point. Hard to do simple things like sitting or riding when your boots flare out that far. :lol

What it lacks in function it certainly makes up for in form though.

The original computer rendering does seem to have the best pose, rifle, and boots but what we ended up with (as a prototype at least) is still pretty damn badass. I'm glad they ditched the concept's rectangular glasses at least.

Agreed, the original render was the best.

Re: Baroness Premium Format

I really prefer the round glasses too. Closer to the old GI Joe card art, the better for me.
