Batman: Arkham City - Spoilers Allowed!!

I just finished my first play through as well... Such a great game! I can't wait for a replay through! But I have a massive, Massive phobia of Sharks and that Museum section is 100% unplayable, unless there is someone else in the room with me... I broke the ice and feel in before the shark breaks the ice and it was the scariest video game experience I've ever had next to the original Dead Space! I hate Sharks, I can barely look at JAWS maquettes! Its that bad!

My only critic about the game is... the lack of David Warner as the voice of Ra's al Ghul! One of my favourite villains and he was voiced so well by David Warner! The new voice was forgettable and way less iconic!

Clayface was awesome and I did expect it!! But I felt all the battles were too easy. Also, I hated the remote controlled batarang sections!

Yup my game says "corrupt file" at least every 3 days . I just turn off the system and restart it and its fine (PS3)

Went behind the Monarch Theatre and found the spot where Bruce's parents were murdered? I thought it was pretty cool that they put it in the game.

When I found that protocal ten was happening. it was so dramatic with the helicopters and bombings everywhere.

I also did try the four corners of Arkham City, nothing happened for Azrael and even roamed further for different stuff.

I found the following part particularly interesting ...

(Q) Speaking of DLC, what can we expect for Batman: Arkham City in the coming months?

(A) The main thing we're doing is the challenges for Robin and we're doing some avatar skins as well …

(Q) Any story-based DLC?

(A) [Smiles] I don't think I'm allowed to talk about that at this stage.

Looks like there may actually be additional story-based content coming. More side missions? More villains? Maybe Robin or Nightwing missions? Who knows?

Yeah, he was definately ENGLISH, not Australian

And I thought it worked just fine. He wasn't the sissy, proper Penguin we sometime see. This was a darker, more twisted Penguin that wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty (or broken).

He sounds like Bob Hoskins ... who actually would be a badass Penguin now that I think of it. He has the look, and the exact same gravely Cockney accent as the AC Penguin ...

I find it incredible that the VO actor for Penguin is the same guy that did Nathan Drake, Nolan North.

That dude is talented, but that's obvious from the amount of game VO work that he gets - although in most he just sounds like Drake.

Okay, so last night I did the Calendar Man achievment.

Is changing my system's date to each of the 12 holidays cheating?

I think not.

I look at it this way.
a. This game details 1 night in Batman's career. How does it makes sense that you would be stopping in to visit CM one day a month for the next 12 months? If you were Bats, you'd evaluate the enemy and figure a way to turn their rules against them.
b. I have to assume that Rocksteady are saavy enough to know that users could do this. If it was cheating, they wouldn't have put it in there.

Yea I'm Australian, and I got relatives in England. I agree he sounded English but the two accents can sound very similar depending how strong they are and what region they are from. If anything he sounded like a very poorly American sitcom Australian lol which usually sound more English (or very very strong and fake accent ) (they never seem to get it right). My girlfriend actually walked in laughing and said are they serious, Is he supposed to be Australian. So I do see both sides to have there fair argument. To me however he was more British
