Put a few hours into it. It's fantastic, it's THE Batman game I always wanted with a big sandbox city and the Batmobile. Speaking of which, the first time you use it and go flying down the street I got chills :lol I know it sounds corny, but it was a big fanboy moment. Not really a spoiler, but for anyone that's past me, I'm about half done the Ace Chemicals section... I think?

Normal for me. It's a little difficult in the beginning, but you can get acclimated to it quickly. The combat and take down system is great, so much more indepth than the previous Arkhams.

Gonna be playing on Hard, did that with the previous games, it'll be worth it. though for reference, how is the game's difficulty in comparison?

To me, it feels slightly more difficult than AC's normal... maybe it's just because it's slightly different game mechanics. The controls are pretty much the same, but there's new additions you need to get used to. Getting launched out of the car is crazy, since you literally coming flying out at light speed into a glide... the first time I did it I kinda had an anxiety attack since I didn't know what to do :lol

I can't help but be reminded of that CollegeHumor video where Batman kills people, but thinks they're alive. I accidentally ran over a dude that I had just knocked out, and I got out of the car and put on Detective Mode. Sure enough, "unconscious; heart rate: 52 bpm." That being said, I'm playing with the Golden Age suit, right now, so it doesn't matter if some necks get broken.:lol

Same for me. I at least want to get through it once then if I want I can go back and play on a more difficult level. I find that if I start out hard and get stuck I stop playing. :(

:lol honestly that's the same for me. Also because you can enjoy the story a lot more on easy. I always go back and play the hardest. I always hate games that made you play the hardest available to unlock the max difficulty. I love some games; but not enough to play 3 times. :slap

Hard. It's really not all that hard to be honest. None of the Arkham games have been and this is no exception. A good challenge, nothing impossible.

It ain't DMC or NG.

I actually enjoy the fact that the Arkham games aren't that hard, you get the feeling of Batman being really capable that way, as it should be.

It's one of the few games low difficulty doesn't bother me at all.

I must say, I do agree with those saying it's difficult, but the only thing I really find difficult is the Batmobile stuff. I haven't felt this way about some the in these games since the Expert Challenges in Asylum.

Also, I just finished downloading the update, so online features could resume, and I got the Gotham Knight skin for synching my WB Play account. I thought it was the ugliest thing I'd ever seen when they first announced it, but, I must say, seeing it in the showcase, it's actually kind of badass.

The Batmobile stuff does get pretty tricky, you'll need a lot of practice.
