Don't feel bad. I wouldn't have found it, either, without looking it up. 120-something riddler trophies left to go. Wish me luck.:lol

Yeah, I was wondering what the locked upgrades was all about until I stumbled upon that gadget loooong after the main story was over. Anyway, I got all the trophies without any guides, I think the most difficult one was the one where you had to shoot the question marks with the Batmobile in super rapid succession, which is near impossible to do without the 8X missile barrage. To my embarrassment, there's a charging station right behind you. :slap

Good luck! It's not that hard if you #BeTheBatman.

So, "finished" main story, still have to activate the protocol, but wow, what a story, I don't see how some people have said they don't like it, it's more powerful than AA/AC for damn sure, both Origins and Knight had more emotional impact for me given how personal they depict the relationships between the characters, AA/AC lacked in that regard.

It's also the story that feels more like a comicbook story of all the games so far.

Still don't know how the **** they can come back from
revealing Bruce's identity, I do NOT want any other Batmen if they plan to do an expanded universe

Also, like I predicted
The Joker was dead dead dead :lol, nothing but fear toxin hallucinations, but given how AK turned out to be red hood, I guess it means tiddly ****, so much for "a kompletely nu charactuurrr" :slap probably the one twist I was hoping it wasn't true

Joker might as well have been alive/real. He literally managed to take over the game from other villains/characters, even in death. So much for a "villains team up against Batman" game. :lol

I couldn't believe it. Appearances in almost all the gameplay, pretty much every cut scene, you play as him and against him. He feeds you plot points constantly. He somehow infected other people and they became him and his physical cells are running through your blood stream. Batman literally being the Joker towards the end was silly and the architecture constantly changing to fit the Joker image was ridiculous. You play in a friggin' Jokermobile skin for crying out loud!

I thought they really over did it personally. When I was posting spoilers, it was rumored that it was two or three random appearances, like the G-Man from Half Life.

The Joker plays two roles here, aside from the story part of things, seems like they wanted/tried/liked to use him as you ingame notifications of where to go and what to do.

Rather than having a big blinking icon above things, they tried to have the Joker stand next to things or sit towards areas that you needed to go to.
Even speaking if you took too long...as with other characters.

Its been out for only a week or so.
I'm planning on getting a ps4 this weekend so I havent played it yet.
People please be respectful. *********, there's a ****ing reason why there's a spoiler tag there.

I understand if people think it was too much, I personally think it was perfect, is there really such a think as too much Mark Hamill? :lol

I absolutely loved every time he opened his mouth, he had me smiling and giggling the whole time, his references were witty and funny, but what do you mean he fed you plot points? In my mind he didn't say anything Batman didn't already knew.

Playing as the Joker at the end was brilliant, Batman fighting for his sanity, exploring what Joker was really afraid of, it was an excellent study of the dichotomy of both characters, at the end when Joker was locked up and going away as he said "I neeeed youuu", who was really saying it? Joker? Or Batman? 3deep5me

Agreed I loved the end. Thought it was a fantastic way to "shut the door" so to speak.

I actually had a thought that kinda ruined everything for me afterwards though. Where do comic/superhero games go from here?

I know what you mean. There is a greater sense of accomplishment when you've done it yourself. I tended to use guides for both Asylum and City, but I've been trying to refrain unless absolutely necessary this time around. The one time I looked was regarding the Riddler trophy in the tunnel beneath the Film Studio. I used the EMP and was at a loss for what to do next.

I tried the remote Batarang, but all three question marks reset the next time I used the EMP, afterwards, I tried ejecting from the Batmobile and using the line launcher. It didn't work. When I looked at the guide, I found that I'd actually figured it out, but I couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. It was only after I checked out the moves list and saw that you had to hold the left analogue stick, rather than using the traditional triggers that I figured it out.:lol Suffice it to say, I was, at least, half happy that I'd, technically, figured it out on my own.:lol

The one that really started to get me was inside the film studio, the two that were, technically, "in the Batcave." I almost consulted a guide, after searching for a way in both outside and inside, but then I saw that green, crackling, electricity out of the corner of my eye. A few "experiments" later, and I got them both. You don't have those "lightbulb" moments when you don't try to think your way through it.

I just got the "real" ending and I'm disappointed.

If anyone has theories on it I'd like to hear them.

I dig the mechanized cowl in this game, looks like something that would actually protect his head.

I've been goofing off a bunch and just exploring the map more than actually playing the story. It ended up helping me out though because I leveled up the Batmobile quite a bit. When I played the ACE Chemical part with the tanks and the helicopter it took about 30 seconds to beat them all. :lol
