Could be. And the video game companies often give out exclusive items (like a t-shirt) if you pre-order on the spot at SDCC. I got an Arkham City shirt last year by doing that.

It will be. The only question is if THIS statue will be the one the states get. Everything else ought to be the same, but the statues have varied from US to international releases. The international ones are usually better too
