I started on SS 1/6 like in the late 90s lol those figs were no where near HT.

the line gets blurred when you get into 1/4 figures. with those, you get presence and poseability, the best of both worlds. especially when you get a figure that exposes no joints.

I do really like the Enterbay 1/4 BB style Batman. I know I've already gone on how I think Burton's Bats > Nolan's in this thread, but that is 1 good looking fig/doll.
Yeah it is. Ive heard it had major qc issues though. At least with SSC stuff their customer service is better

I bought 1/4 Batman Begins Enterbay and 1/4 Batman TDKR HT, ended it up sold both of them. Nice figures, great likeness but they still look/feel like a doll to me.
Anyway, late to the party, just ordered the EX, now is a long wait

I have both. True you don't get the presence of the pf (partly as it's larger than a 1/4 scale of course) but that HT TDKR fig is really nice. I just pose him in a museum pose and he looks great with for example the green lantern pf IMO. AS Irvy says the base lets down the 1/4 scale HT pieces. If I ever saw a of suitable pf base on eBay I would be tempted to get it for the HT actually.

I only have Batman Dark Kight 1/4 HT, because it's just like a statue in some poses. I love it!

EB Begins bats looks and feels like a statue. It's amazing.
The 1/4 HT TDK does feel like and look like a doll compared to it though. Even with that base.

Personally I find the paint apps with HT & EB when doing real human faces to be amazing. I wish HT would help out SS there, being how both companies are close. Other than that I much prefer PF's over figures. I used to love figures once but when I got into PF's I ended up selling all my figs & never looked back.

I love both and collect both. I love what pf has to offer and i love what 1/6 figs have to offer. I prefer 1/4 figs and hope they continue with that scale more.
I feel the same, I am down to only a few 1/6 now and almost all 1/4 or larger statues/props. I was 50/50 on this Keaton, but in the end decided to sell my DX09 in favor of this one even though I have a few gripes with it.
You guys are totally right about faces. Also HT and EB likenesses are spot on. Like the SS's recent Hoth Han barely looks like him. I also wish they'd share RB but I think it's a trade secret sorta of right? Don't think theyd want to lose their edge in the market

Yeah I only collect comic PF's right now but if they could do real life humans like HT or EB does then I would definitely be interested in movie PF's.
I respectfully disagree. I owned the EB Batman Begins 1/4 Scale for about 10 minutes and decided I didn't want it. Too much of a "doll" to me. PF statues all the way for this guy..
