Flexed Keaton ,got my delay notice

Full Keaton, no notice. I suspect they are waiting for last minute if they get these or **** everyone and charge us and we wait for them to get items off dock.

Every time I have tried to pay off a flex early, they have turned me down... Which is weird.

I am very curious if we full pays will get the delay now that the holiday season is officially over. Or maybe it is a split shipment and they want to get as much cash as possible immediately, so flexers get the delay while they get the full payments on what comes in now.

I think they are stuck in the port. Superman 1/6 figure was supposed to be charged last week and wasn't.

Called sideshow today. They informed me that they can not take the full payment from me because it is still at the ports. They did say however after they receive it i can pay it off instead of waiting till February 5th and that they would ship it out sooner.

Just got the dreaded "your statue is stuck at the harbor" email... they say they don't know when they will be released. I'm a full pay BTW

Same here the delay email, I'm on pay in full as well but don't think there gonna charge until they actually receive it. No problem for me. Seems everything got pushed back though

I spoke to William today regarding my flex payments and the status of our statues and was basically told the same thing as noted in his email.

I was told by him that they won't charge it till they receive it in their warehouse.

Thank you for pre-ordering the Batman - Michael Keaton PF – Exclusive with us.

I’m writing today about an issue that Sideshow has encountered that will delay the delivery of your item. Sideshow receives all of our items from China via containers shipped into the Port of Long Beach. These containers are then trucked to Sideshow’s warehouse where they are shipped out to our collectors. Unfortunately, the Port of Long Beach is experiencing serious delays due to a work slowdown caused by dock workers looking to influence contract negotiations.

Currently, Sideshow has more than twelve containers of product stuck at the port. Your Batman figure is in one of them and unfortunately we are not being told when the containers are going to be released.

We appreciate your patience as we wait for the port to expedite container movement and make deliveries. We will continue to keep you updated with the latest information about your item. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
