Yes it has already shipped. Unfortunately a lot of them had water damage and were recalled. Doesn't mean that there aren't good ones out there.

Just got my shipping notice and tracking
I placed my order on 6/25 when it said in stock then it changed to backorder later in the day. I was just charged the NRD for this yesterday so maybe that's a sign mine will be shipping soon. Then again, maybe it's not.
