In my 8 or so years the only time I saw a massive correction effort was on the rogue fiasco. We know they did a massive repaint of new heads and some of us waited months for them.

Normally they just take em back or have u destroy them and replace them with a limited amount of replacements they have. If they run out they just offer a refund. I had cracking on my psylocke pf and another damaged item ans they said sorry we are out of replacents so u can either return or get a credit.

Rogue is only one I know of where they went and made a bunch more so I'm thinking most of these bust will b destroyed never to b remade

Well this a lot of money they stand to lose if there are a
Whole lot of faulty busts. Also, is this a problem that could show up a year or two from now. So have them looking fine then ugggg??

Got my replacement today. Happy to report it looks great, I see none of the issues my original had!

I do wonder why I got a low number of 157 though. I ordered after they had the problems in July. I thought that I would've gotten #700 and up.

Ss has always said they randomly ship out the editions and don't go in sequence. So the first one shipped could b 700 while they have low numbers sitting in the warehouse

How many 157 are out there? I sent my wet paint 157 back and replacement 157 arrived today.
This one is less than perfect also, some white showing through on the base where paint didn't cover, a spot in the crease of the shoulder that didn't get painted and looks like a chip on the tip of an ear, its painted so maybe an air bubble during molding? For the $$$$ is it too much to expect a 100% perfect one? Just settle for what I got?

NO way. I would return it again and again until SSC got it right. If that doesn't work I'd get a refund and buy it in the aftermarket if I really had to have it.

I agree, do not settle! I got lucky with my replacement #144/ It looks flawless, but I guarantee if it had a problem it would be on its way back. These are way too pricey to not be perfect.

I mixed my number it is actually 167. You should ask for a replacement. This is Batman and he needs to be perfect.
