it's crazy. Doesn't make sense other than the fact that collectors still pay the high prices.

I'm out...I'm happy with my black one and this one is more expensive so don't understand that at all. But, new head sculpt does look great in the proto pics! Hopefully this wont have the pits issue.

I'm a huge Batman fan so I had to get it, plus it looks amazing, better than the Black and Grey one so I ordered it. Probably won't continue to buy anything that exceeds the $400 mark in the future though. Prices vs value just isn't there for me.

I like this new statue, but already have the old one. Honestly, I know there's a market and that's why Sideshow (or anyone else) can pull such a thing and get away with it, but frankly I'm a little annoyed. The wait for the old one was an eternity, then out nowhere they release the same statue in different colors. Have to decide which one I want in my collection, I guess.

That is what I am thinking..... OR..... Send out the straight on portrait and EX hnd to be repainted Blue and have the Ultimate Modern Batman

It wasn't out of nowhere. They announced plans a long time ago
