I think Alex posted a while ago (I forget the thread) that SS ships whichever group they can fulfill first. So, if they had 300 full pays and 400 flex pays for an item and received 350 statues, the full pays would ship first.

That kinda sucks but get it. Hate having to wait when I preordered day one, right when it whent up. Have been waiting for a great representation of 70's batman for a while.

My modern bats arrived but whoever put the felt pads on the bottom of the base really screwed up. It won't Balance for **** it just tilts/leans to the side.




Can someone take a picture of their base so I know what it's supposed to look like. Sucks I have to contact ssc over this, hopefully they can just send me more pads and it's not a huge hassle

I think they're both great, but I prefer the black/gray because I think the utility belt looks much better. The one on the blue version looks kinda like plastic.

A pad should never be in the middle of the base.

I bought a bunch of pads and surround them around the edges and my Black bats sits up perfectly.

Quick update: I ended up finding the missing pad in the box and moved the pad that was put in the wrong place to the proper position-it balances perfectly fine now. The statue itself is magnificent however upon further inspection I noticed that the batarang I received has a chipped tip. Its not a huge deal but it still bugs me, I may see if they can send me a replacement hand. FYI the batarang is made of some very cheap material I am not surprised mine arrived chipped. I would absolutely call. For $400, you should get an unblemished statue.

There's still not even 1 youtube review on this statue yet. I hope SS is not stingy with replacement parts. It seems lately all they can do is give a partial credit or full refund. I hope that's not the case with this Bats, cause a chipped batarang would bother me too.

Got #1111 the batarang feels cheap but everything else is perfect. Weird this had the raised emblem like the prototype but the black/gray one didn't.

Only thing I don't like is how easily the head could just be knocked off.
