Mine marked as SHIPPED! Yes being giddy like a school girl. Shipping weight 33lbs for this beast. Outside of the 66 batmobile if ever comes out, I can die a happy man once I get this.

Congrats, buddy. It's a heavy box, but you can stil carry it comfortably. However, you need 2 people to remove the box art from the shipper and the styrofoam from the art box. They are inside the boxes very tightly, so 1 holds the box on the end when you pull it out from the front. You should have it in a few days, so it'll be fine no X-mas Rush just yet.

Thanks, my bro. Oh yeah it's a heavy and humongous box. I also got the grey & black and it's the same box. :lol

Nice, which do you think is better? Also how much better fitted would you say that the blue bats fabric is compared to the original, i'm definitely thinking about picking it up?

I would rate the black & grey at a 9.5 and blue & grey at a perfect 10. The reason I gave the blue/grey version a 10 is because it has shading on the suit to show the muscularity much much better and it's a darker grey compared to the black/grey. The blue/grey is a little more tighter and is an improvement, but it's not to say black/grey is not nice. It's also good too and I still like it. If you're gonna get 1 don't wait too long cause at 2000, it's gonna go and go fast. Happy Holidays.

Also to note: this version really reminds me of how it looks in the comic books. It's really great!

I just know the Flash is gonna be just awesome as the rest. Then they can work on a classic Robin finally.
I'm hoping for this robin outfit personally. Always loved Tim Drake.

I am glad I called today so I can beat that Christmas rush. So looking forward to getting him. Have not looked this much forward to a figure in a while. Focusing on premium format and statues for the most part now. Can't justify 1/6 prices anymore. I will still collect 1/6, but not near as much. This piece will be my favorite. Also can not wait to get grey and black bats next year. So glad he went up for order again. Next on my list Catwoman. But have to wait till next year. Have 4 kids and a wife's Christmas to pay for. Man I wish there was a Santa Claus.

Yea i need to get on it, i try to be extremely selective about the statues i pick up now to avoid returning or selling statues i may have bought on impulse. Happy holidays to you aswell, by the looks of it you've already got your christmas gift.:santa

when they do a robin they will do 3 versions with the same sculpt, ****, Jason and Tim. for the purposes of sucking as much money out of collectors as possible.

I'd prefer to look at it as giving collectors the option of owning the robin they like. But I guess I not as much of pessimist.

a year ago i would agree with you but i really don't believe that anymore. i would like to see all three released but as different sculpts, even if i have to wait 5 more years to pick out my favorite for my collection.

I can't really imagine Sideshow doing a Jason PF that isn't Red Hood. Ideally, I'd hope for a Neal Adams Tim to go with this Modern Age, but the more recent long sleeve version from the Grant Morrison run would be suitable for a Red Robin variant.

SSC will just end up releasing variants of the different Robins.

This is everything that the original PF should have been. Fixed armpit issue, a good new headsculpt that actually has a Bruce Wayne feel to it (and not a scrotum sculpted on the chin), with properly painted skin. Even the base's new color flows better with the rest of the statue. Only drawback is the belt that looks super cheap and plastic, and I prefer the symbol not to be raised, but these details fall into comic accuracy so I guess others won't be bothered.

Funny I thought the opposite of you. Love the black version. This is still cool but the dark version is my Dark Knight.
