I always thought Affleck was a better director than actor. Recently though, he has shown his chops (Argo, Gone Girl) so he should be fine . I thought the casting was spot on except , except for Gal. My assumption was Zac saw her in the fast furious movies and wanted an actor so bad she made her co stars look like Oscar contenders.

I doubt they would jeopardize one of their three most iconic characters and ruin the start of a new franchise (Wonder Woman films) by going with a bad actor. I'm sure she'll be just fine. Just about every actress in their 20s and 30s wanted the role, so i'm expecting good things.

The fact they've already begun filming her solo film before even gauging the character's acceptance from BvS show's their confidence.

I'm hoping we see something at Toysoul next month. It will take place after Star Wars comes out (even if it is just a few days), so, it'd be nice if there were, at least, a few on display. I'd love it if they had the Trinity on display.

it definitely wasnt because of her skills or experience ... thats pretty damn obvious

but, shes pretty and better than some of the other alternatves so... its cool

I didn't like the sound of Affleck but the suit makes him look like the best on screen version yet. Hopefully his role will live up to his look.

I thought the Civil War trailer was a bit underwhelming but it should still be better than Age of Ultron.

I think he'll be the definitive live action Batman. He's a decent actor which I think is enough for these kind of movies. He most likely won't be my favorite though, but he definitely has the look, and this new universe Snyder is building is more geared towards the comics.

And everything should be better than AOU, that movie was godawful

Man of Steel was tolerable, I'll give you that . There is no way this will be better than Avengers . Visually stunning ? Yea I think so. Good story ? Doubtful Plot Holes? You bet !

Watchmen and 300 were very good. I enjoyed them . His last efforts left a lot to be desired. I think the movie will be enjoyable, but better than any movie will be subjective. The second Avengers was abysmal . The first Avengers was unique, in that if it hadn't had done well, it's doubtful Batman vs Superman would have been made. Take away Tom Hiddelston from Avengers and you would have a lackluster movie . Jesse Eisenberg is the only reason I believe this movie has a shot of being good

There's many ways it can be better, for starters it has a better director, a better writer and no more Goyer, with that alone saying it will be better than the memevengers is a safe bet.

Let's be honest, now that the dust has settled we can see those movies didn't set the bar high at all other than in the box office.

Bad story and plot holes, yeah both Avengers movies lacked that...
