Its a such a différent approach of that universe that its pointless to compare the two.
The two have their merits.

I'm very much rooting for Leto's Joker. I much prefer Ledger's Joker to any other media Joker so far, but my favorite comic book Joker is Frank Miller's and this reminds me of that. I don't like the tattoos or grill, but it still might end up being my favorite overall.

Perhaps you weren't around for the Nolan worship on these boards? Bats has a strong following, Snyder not so much...

I was talking about the current franchises that people are into in the Detroit area where I live, not sideshow! They were very much hyped for the Nolan movies, Iron Man movies, Raimi Spider-man movies, Avengers movies, Winter Soldier (and now Civil War), Star Wars movies, Lord of the Rings movies, and Harry Potter movies.

They're just not interested in this movie from what I heard. Everyone I talk to is upset at Ben Affleck and just wants Christian Bale.

They weren't interested in Man of Steel either but that was because they didn't like Superman. When they saw the movie, the first thing they all said was they finally liked Superman. I haven't heard anyone talk about him though,--just about Batman.

Well, the cat is out of the bag.

We now know why it was important for WW to be putting her luggage away in a Turkish airplane in that last trailer.

All I have to say is....

WTF WB!

You know, growing up whenever I thought of Turkish airlines it always reminded me of Batman and Superman.

Or was that Turkish baths.
