Could it be that up until that final trailer so many people thought this movie looked astonishingly bad, so much so that they needed to post their disdain as a means of dealing with the pain?

I thought the majority of folks here loved the SDCC trailer.

I love them all, but my favorite is still the first official teaser trailer. I love how they set up so many things plot-wise for Superman and then introduced Batman's character with Alfred's: "That's how it starts. The fever, the rage, the feeling of powerlessness that turns good men... cruel." And then that shot of Batman coming through the fire looking so terrifying was awesome!

Here's a couple recent interviews. Both Henry and Ben have seen the film to completion, and based on their reactions, I think it's going to do a really good job of showcasing the two characters' ideologies. They address the fact that Supes could easily take down Batman but wouldn't because he's a good person and they address Bruce's cynicism. They're just short clips, but I thought I'd share:

Affleck has the perfect head to play Herman Munster...and size too, probably. Make it happen Hollywood!

This is the last thing they need right now. Affleck was the one solid piece of the puzzle they had. The international press has gone crazy over "Afflecks freaky face".

It's hilarious because they deliberately aged him and made him look hard in BvS. Even drawing "crows feet" wrinkles around his eyes. Now he looks like the opposite of Batman. It's not just Botox by the sounds of it. Have a Google...
