well my first point is that relying on reviews (Trusted reviews) is not as bad or stupid as everyone says it is.
you cannot make a 100% opinion on a movie without seeing it (and without hearing what others think) you will not always agree with trusted critics, but like I said about the Hobbit. all the problems the critics i like were the same problems I had. the same problems a lot of people had. MOS has problems that thousands of people can agree on.

the hate for movie reviews is ridiculous because we IN HERE Are even reading each other's opinions... so when people here attack movie reviews and THEN they review movies themselves. well, that's pretty dumb.

I am 90% sure Ghostbusters will suck
but guess what, Ill be damn sure to check reviews as soon as they come out. i never understood the whole movie review hate thing

You are creating both sides of your own argument, no one is saying those things. And you are contradicting your own point in the same paragraph.

What's the point of reading reviews if your not gonna at least take into consideration the reviewer's opinion?

I usually peak at RT's first page of reviews before seeing a movie but it never influences my decision to see a movie. I do enjoy reading reviews after I've seen a movie.

I like this too. if I liked the movie I like to see why people hated it, and if i hated it i like to see why people loved it, not trying to change my mind or anything but it is always interesting to see how others perceive the movie differently.

I know a guy who only sees movies that have been rated 3 or more stars. Anything less, he says is a waste of time. I told him to check out Deadpool. He said it only got 2 stars so he won't bother. Then a friend of his dragged him to see it and he liked it. Reviewers should not be the deciding factor for anyone. If the premise of a movie sounds somewhat interesting wait a while, see what other people say then decide to spend your dollar.
