As a Staff member, it's not required of you to be smart. You also need to have a very thin skin, because if you have a thicker skin and can actually accept people's opinions without freaking out on a regular basis, you won't have fun. You won't ban as many people and that can get boring. In order to ban a lot of people you need to act like a sensitive c*nt that has never left his mother's basement, and therefore isn't really prepared to deal with people and accept them as they are.

As a Staff member you're allowed to be biased and twist the rules as much as you want in order to get them to favor your personal agenda. No kind of good judgement is required from you. Is a guy pissing you off by talking a lot of sh**t about your favourite Spider-Man movie? Just ban him. As a staff member, you're just like any other person. But instead of being forced to deal with other people's opinions, you can just ban them. If it looks too unfair and vague, just come up with a BS excuse. Tell them there's something wrong with the way they'r expressing their opinions, even though you might allow the same from other users. Don't be afraid to be judged. Ass Kissers will back you up and thank you for it.

This guy was stating the obvious, nonetheless he hit the nail so hard he broke the hammer, be careful though Libby, someone could take it personal.

Good thing we're not quite there yet, most mods here are great, like Khev, gives and takes equally, a few others though.... are walking safe spaces/trigger warnings, and could use a couple courses at the Unversity of Chicago.

I dont know if you have noticed but whenever Yonose brings up or criticizes the "haters" or writes a controversial post i just usually bring up the "Door swings both ways" point of view.

that long chronically butt-hurt dead-sea-scroll is no different than some of the posts that were made the week Batman V superman came out lol

yonose keeps calling out the butt hurt in the hater posts and sometimes i reply to that. but i wasn't specifically pointing out the threadcrapping thread you guys made.

(I was thinking more about the posts attacking or insulting millenials because like I said, Millenials are the ones keeping this movie at number one, which makes no sense to even attack them lol)

Whatevvies. I think my tenure here may have run it's course. I actually like the millennial crew for the most part. The only thing that actually bugs me is the feigned ignorance by threadcrappers like pturtle and Rorywan, who never own what their doing and act offended by people who bring it up directly.

But most of you guys are for truly funny and I have had a lot of lolz and some good thinks in these threads.

i didnt meant to imply i was attacking your opinion though lol, i would never do that. (never had any problems with your posts) I guess I just point out the counter point to the hater hate just to have things balanced I guess

I don't have a problem with Pturtle myself, he's one of the most well balanced members I know, he has good inputs on what makes a good movie, I've seen people take issue with his views because he doesn't bend to the hive-mind easily, but I've never seen him retaliate, not with the intensity or in the backhanded way most of us do, anyway.
