Nope, Arkham Batman looks like ***. :lol

Never liked his design, with those silly gauntlets of his his.

Hate how his cape looked and moved in the game too. :lol

What I still don't understand about all comic book movies in General is why do these movie studios hire comic book writers to write these comic book films? A Mark Waid superman movie would be awesome, so would a Peter David Hulk. Whenever a new comic movie is made the writer or director always say, "I want to stay true to the character, but this is our version." How can you stay true to the character then change him?

Oh, Whedon did not write any of the spidey films either, although I did read that he helped a bit on Thor 2, so I was a bit wrong there.

Re: Batman vs. Superman (2016)

Good response, but Whedon did not write Iron Man 1,2, or 3. Nor did he write Hulk. Thor 1 and 2, Captain America 1 or 2, Green Lantern, the Nolan Batman films, or any Superman films. My point was Hollywood is taking from a source with their own pool of writers and ignores them.

That was more just to show that there was a writer who's been in both film and comics. Although while I know Kevin Smith is a Batman superfan, and also has experience, I'm not exactly sure I'd want him anywhere near the movie. Writers like Sargent (SM2) Fergus (IM1) and the Nolan bros with Batman Begins have shown that you don't have to be a comic writer to turn out an excellent superhero film. Unfortunately even amongst them, those are anomalies. :lol

Batman vs. Superman (2016)

Ever since he told Marvel he was coming back for A2, all the phase 2 movies had to be run by Whedon (might've been to late for IM3) to see if it would conflict with his plans for Avengers 2.

The whole point Marvel started making their own films is due to other film studios not getting the character and just missing it, Ghost Rider is a good one.

Disney has been awesome to let Marvel keep doing what they do. Now idk what's going on at WB/DC but they need to have that creative freedom that the Marvel guys got.

Re: Batman vs. Superman (2016)

I wonder how Snyder is going to change Wonder Woman's outfit? I could never take a dark and gritty Wonder Woman running around in a strapless bathing suit.
