Technically, Cyborg isn't confirmed either. Variety posted that story and everyone ran with it, but WB never confirmed Fisher as Cyborg.

Let's not get carried away. Cap's shield = More unbreakable than the Batmobile. He'd still take out Bruce's ride just as easily as he took down the Quinjet. In a straight fight Bruce would be just another guy who tries to do what Steve does...only slower.

Yup because what we need is another character thrown into the cast line for this movie.

It's just a part of the car. Lighting makes it look like Joker though.
