And here I thought The Dark Knight Rises was a lame title when I first saw it...

Both titles are mediocre though acceptable, but using them both makes the whole kinda stupid imo.

I know it's petty but to me the won't be a Justice League film unless it is created with this lineup:
Flash & GL are a must. Martian Manhunter will be the hardest to include but he has to be in it imo.

I think it's a smart move. The subtitle's there to let us know that they haven't had their thumbs up their ***** the whole time, but, at the end of the day, people are going to call it what they've been calling it for the past year, and what they'll continue to call it: "Batman vs. Superman."

I guess that's true hadn't really looked at it that way. You could see it as 'well **** it everybody calls it this now, let's just add a subtitle"

Hmmm that's no unreasonable honestly. Though clumsy. My problem is Batman v Superman is not a title either. It's a description.

It's 'the plot: theme' Not 'title: theme' or 'title: plot'...

I wonder if they are going the comic book movie route vs the real world route that Man of Steel tried to go with thematically. It would then explain the more "coloful" costumes that have yet to be revealed, if that go that direction. Black & grey look (as opposed to all black which is better for stealth), Wonder Woman's costume, etc. One flaw might be going the real world route as opposed to the comic book feel that the Avengers and Marvel has embraced so I really hope they are changing it.
