Get a console version. Seriously. I don't hear about these problems on the consoles. Not as pretty, no mouse and keyboard...but it works.

I own a xbox360 and ps3 but BF3 on the PC blow the console version out of the water IMO.

I also spent over $2000 building my PC from the ground up, for games like these.....just hopefully a bettter patch get release soon or maybe I go play Skyrim for the mean while

I understand, but if the PC version isn't working, a console version can at least tide you over until you figure out what the problem is.

Skyrim is a good choice too. That games a beast.

Maybe. Even though the saw lacks power, I've always used it because it's just fun to play with. So, not much experience with the M27. I seem to remember liking it ok when I did use it, but I'm not sure if any of the lmgs are good for running with.

Another reason to love BF, and DICE. Unlike another developer that doesn't give two $#!+'s about all the hackers, cheaters, and boosters that infest their game.

____ing Hacks. I can't believe how fast these guys get the aimbots and stuff out.

It really ruins the game. I know in the old BF games the hacks just used a CD key changer and they were back in the game in five minutes. I wonder if the new origin system makes it any harder for them. Probably an easy way around that too.

No, that's been the standard with Punkbuster. It snaps in game pictures and uploads it.

Back in the days of Joint Operations: Typhoon Rising, a thread with these screenshots were often updated to dig out hackers in denial.

BF3 on GTX 590

Let the PC gaming fun begin! Just got a GTX 590 lol Went all out. he he

Here is my quick first test run of BF3 running maxed out on ULTRA, 1080P. Looks so great!!
Tried the same thing with MW3 and fraps was off the charts for fps. lol
This game at least tries to push your pc to the limits.
Both games are good for what they are, but I love the extra detail and realism in the look of this game for sure.
