I'll get it eventually but is premium worth buying at this early stage, or better to wait?

I'd pick it up if it was dirt cheap. You were able get the game and the premium subscription for $60 during black Friday.

Just wait for the premium. There's so much crap going on with this game right now that it wouldn't be worth it. I bought day 1 premium on 3 but I'm holding off until they patch the game (for XB1). I can't even play conquest.

Battlefield 4 has suffered from numerous issues since launching on Xbox One and PlayStation 4, and its problems are only getting worse.

DICE and EA are aware of the concerns, but have delayed a PS4 update that would hopefully solve its faults, which include kicking players from servers, crashing the game application, an absence of Conquest servers, and a nasty one-hit-kill bug. The patch has been "rescheduled for a later date" following additional testing.

Following today's release of the Battlefield Premium downloadable map expansion, China Rising, Battlefield 4 is starting to see new issues across all platforms. PC users may be unable to access the add-on via Origin, as it's restricted due to its wider release date of December 17. Once they're in a match, players may find themselves unexpectedly ejected from the game. On Xbox 360, some users simply can't join China Rising servers at all.

Has the suppression effect been changed from BF3? I'm getting a weird, green/red 3D-with-no-glasses screen effect

Believe it or not, this was an intended effect that they decided to put in the game last time it was updated. I noticed it too and did some research. They are supposed to revert it back to normal sometime since there were too many complaints. At least that's what I read.

Yep, from my understanding it was supposed to be from the Commander's EMP. Which I think is ****ing ridiculous.

I tried to join your server last night. Wouldn't let me.

I am running pretty much everything on high, I am on Windows 7.

The EMP doesn't cover the entire map when they drop it but it does have a pretty big range. I am pretty positive that is what causes the blur.

I was all over the place last night actually. I changed a few times really quickly since some servers had ridiculous non-team players. Some guys were also talking pretty loud in Italian or something in one of the squads

Nice to see EA putting aside their greed for a minute to fix this broken thing. It's a complete mess. It has the potential to be amazing, but this game was nowhere near ready for release.

You can play big battle conquest just not 32 player conquest.
