Because in the good old US whenever you think you should have got more you either make a petition on web site of you sue

In this case though, the "more" is a working game. I'm not for bs lawsuits, but good gravy did they release a broken product.

See I don't see anything lawsuit worthy. I have no real issues with MP. Sure I have got kicked a couple times but that happens. Only problem I have had is the single player save issue. While it's upsetting but no lawsuit worthy. Plus why people want to do class action lawsuit is just plain stupid, so you can get a few bucks while lawerys rack in 10000 times more.

I agree that it's not lawsuit worthy, but I can certainly understand the anger. This product shouldn't have been released yet.

I'd have to argue that it was, or is, a critical time period; EA must have wanted to spearhead the launch release of the 2 major next generation consoles with their big cash-cow product: battlefield 4.

I haven't had that problem, but the game keeps freezing in a cut-scene/intro to level four, so I can't progress any further from there.

I'm one of those people who are affected by this stuff ie. can't play conquest, lost progress on campaign, etc. And even I don't see a lawsuit doing anything. Hell, GTA online didn't even work for what? 2 weeks. The lawsuit would takes years to settle as well. I just went ahead and beat Ryse and currently working on Dead Rising. This stuff will eventually be patched.

Also apart from some issues, this game still works. You can still play it. At least they weren't advertising something completely different like Colonial Marines. If a lawsuit went through, I bet the judge would just throw it out.

Unless the game doesnt work at all, and the tons of people playing online every time I do would say thats not true a lawsuit is just plain stupid. Maybe they should start with the petitions that the White House has to respond to

Seems to be working much better this past weekend on XB1.. got to play gulf of oman and the sandstorm was insane

I bought Battlefield 3 awhile back. It had a quest that I couldnt complete because it said to pick up an item that wasnt even there. Couldnt get around it even with forum helpers. Didnt dare pick up 4. And that was putting it nicely.
