didnt you find the aliens pretty inconsistent. sparing lives, taking lives, WTF was that about.

i pretty much watched this because i have a soft spot for naval warships.

I took the aliens sparing people as underestimating the enemy. They came to Earth expecting to clean house, so they made a classic military blunder

Overall, just a really fun, enjoyable film.

I was going to see it tonight, but instead of making a left into the BS theater, I made a right into the Avengers Imax theater.

It's like a magnet pulls me in.

BS should be out on video by next tuesday, i'll watch it then.

I do like naval warfare.

Not real ones, CGI heavy ones.

Real ones are too boring to watch.

Oh come on. Mindless action flicks like this are good to have around. It give folks a chance to just go see something that doesn't require a lot of thought but fun to just watch for visuals if nothing else.

I want Berg to make not mindless action movies. The guy is better then that.

The lead actor in Battleship can't catch a break. He played John Carter in that movie, and that flopped too.
