Re: bbkill's Sculpts: Tattoo, DC head sizing

LOL!

Has gone a bit quiet of late though...... gulp!

I'm still holding out for a DC sculpt myself.

C'mon guys it'll be fine just chill. He's a guy, probably got a life and a job. He already showed print outs. He didn't even have to sell them but figures an easy way to make a few bucks. So why not? His worknis awesome so of course we all want to get to own it but I'm sure getting it to us is not the top priority in his life.

It will be all good gents, patience :)

[RANT] Hey, I'm completely frosty and patient about this project (and others). I'm not so chilled about your comments. Did you not see the wink and lol smilies next to my "Don't say things like that!" reply to Rogerbee? As for life and job, believe me I know and I wouldn't try and put pressure on anyone here to do things quicker. And if I didn't think it would be fine, do you think I would have started putting a figure together?
"Just chill". ffs![/RANT]

:exactly::goodpost:

Dan, a bit of an over reaction mate. What you've got together is going to look great. The heads will come through.

I'm just happy that bbkill is so prepared to share what started as a personal project.

Re: bbkill's Sculpts: Tattoo, DC head sizing

Thank you for the enquiry and reply there, and thanks for understanding. I can do nothing when I'm still waiting for the print to arrive. I can just be more patient, even more patient than anyone. Every shipping takes more than 10 days for my order.
lis will not be headless as my partner just finished the production mold for lis. :wink1:

Re: bbkill's Sculpts: Tattoo, DC head sizing

Hi bbkill, thanks for the update and just to let you know, I appreciate that these projects take time. I'm both happy and thankful that you will be making these heads available. My patience tank is reading full. ;) :)

Sorry to take the thread off-topic, but I didn't like the insinuation in Raymond Ferraro's post. If anyone has something more to say to me on that matter, I suggest they do it by pm.

Thanks lieutenant dan for your support, everything is fine and I see Raymond Ferraro not pointing to you :inlove

Re: bbkill's Sculpts: Tattoo, DC head sizing

Thanks BBKill,

It's all good, I'm usually the one telling folk to be patient. Life runs at different speeds for different people.

Re: bbkill's Sculpts: Tattoo, DC head sizing

No no not pointing to anyone in particular it was meant to not be aggressive at all. Sorry if it came off that way! I tend to get protective of creators of these projects, as someone in an artistic industry and some who is just damn busy with his day job I know how much pressure sucks.

And I thought it was and reacted to a perceived injustice, when all along we probably think along similar lines. The important thing is that no custom 1/6 projects were hurt during the course of our spat. :)

bbkill's Sculpts: DC right size, Mcclane

Hello freaks~ a quick update to the sculpts here~

DC with the right size finally received~ nice detail, but needing some re-sculpt for hair before master mold.

Liz is undergoing a mold revision as there's little defect for hair piece, the cast I received look right but my partner who cast them said the defection rate quite high and so he's going to revise the mold and do a a new batch.

And we have a new companion here, my second movie favourite - Mcclane~:)

Awesome, cant wait to get some Lizbeth sculpts.

Are we doing PM's or a sales thread when they're ready?

Re: bbkill's Sculpts: DC right size, Mcclane added

Yep, you nailed DC. I do still want to see a cast, just to be sure.

Bruce looks good, ok, yeah, some may say he's been done to death, BUT, has he been done this well before!? Hell no! I'd be up for a Die Hard 4 one.

Ever considered doing a Jack Bauer? It'd be nice to have a head that looked like him and wasn't a knock off of Enterbay's.
