Just got mine delivered right now.

Welp, I just opened it up and its missing the left elbow armor part sadly. Time to contact Sideshow and 3zerocs. Doubt Sideshow will be able to do anything for me since this was limited quantity. Guess I'll see what happens...
Pretty cool regardless, didnt own the standard version but kinda wish I did now for that unmasked portrait.

That sucks to hear... But you are right Sideshow won't be able to help, but Threezero on the other hand will. A friend of mine broke one of the wrists and Threezero is going to send him an arm replacement.

Rotate the neck 180° so it’s backwards then pull it towards the chest.

Got mine, nothing broken but the moving knee armour was getting stuck (tacky paint) and the torso+abdomen ball joints were almost frozen and clicking. Took a lot of effort to separate them and lubricate the joint. Not sure what they put in there but it doesn’t last. All the paint is good, some joints are smoother than the first release. The head is good, but a darker paint than the promo images.

Just received mine but unfortunately, the wrist came apart when I attempted to swap hands. I'm not sure if I need to contact Sideshow or Threezero about this considering there was a warranty sheet in the box.

Contact both, but 3zerocs will be your best bet. Register the warranty card with them and you'll need to give 3z pictures of the issue, card and screen capture receipt from sideshow.

Edit: Sideshow responded back and they've arranged to send over a hand and wrist replacement. Wow.

Im pretty sad to see this figure with so many issues. The first Berserk armor had positive feedback all over the place, but this one has a problem everywhere i go.

Was about to say the same thing. This one seems more problematic than the first release. The only issue I had with the first release was the odd shape of the "ears" in the helmet. But that is easily fixed.

First one had issues for me, the knee armour snapped off, had to take the whole leg apart to rig up a fix.
There’s been a few people with issues out of 800 for this limited version, that’s not bad at all.

Got mine, only issue is the cape stitching is busted in one place and the wire is coming out. Be careful with the new Guts head as the armor at the neck can rub paint off onto the bottom of it, but I honestly think it's unavoidable. I did just two exchanges on it and it rubbed off. I won't sweat it as it's hidden anyway.

I contacted SS, but I think they'll tell me to talk to TZ.

Also, I'd suggest heating the chest piece that has the bottom jaw when using the new head on the old body if you wanna do that, as it sits way too high up on his face and you don't want to damage it. You'll need to get it really hot and just keep it down with your fingers for a minute or two, and it'll stay in place.
