Of course I am. As well as a few other upcoming stuff.

I was referring to the older stuff.
Oh yeah I have almost all older stuff I want, maybe one more if I can get it for the right price.

Maybe the 1980 edition size did not include those ordered at the SDCC, which would explain the slow sell as many fans already ordered.

That would be great if they really did that. Not to flare things up again, but that would satisfy both sides of the issue: those who want that earlier PO to be a perk and those like me who'd like to see an even playing field with a regular figure's PPO (again...NOT talking about convention exclusives...just your good ol' run-of-the-mill PPO).

As for the PPO today, my wife was able to log right in, and I'm very thankful for Sideshow's server upgrades. I remember the Dark Ages when I was at my computer at the designated time and on the phone and lost out on Han Solo's 2000 exclusive run just because of the backlog.

Definitely kudos to SSC for getting the servers consistently working (with some exceptions like Stealth IM).

:duff

The ES includes those ordered at SDCC its just this figure had enough made to get everyone who wanted one.

Now SS gives us SDCC Pre-PPO's next year!!!! :emperor

See Sith you didn't get screwed by that evil SDCC Pre-PPO. :rotfl

If it wasn't used in the movie its not a prop.

Only TRUE elitists have the real thing. You are all just elitist wannabes. :lol

After reminding you Josh (and you relaying that you already ordered him at SDCC) I FELL ASLEEP :sleep:sleep:sleep:sleepon the couch while my little one was having her nap... Daddy must nap as well... I woke up and did my usual casual pop in check when the little light went off----

LUKE:lightsabe

Luckily 19 minutes in I was still able to pre-order the Exc. version---

That was almost a :stooge moment.:D

Well like I said, I'm happy to have secured one.

But it doesn't change my personal stance on that particular policy though. Yeah, I got one, but other collectors lost out because the well was already drying up before 1:00 EST today.

Like I tried to say in the first place last night: agree to disagree.

'Nuff said.

Do you know that for certain? Is that what they said at the con?

If so, then it DID take a long time to sell out considering there must have been a lot less than 1980.

How long did Ben take at 1977?

Well, Ben took like an hour and a half I think, 2 hours maybe, but don't forget, everything broke down, I think it would have been 30 minutes tops if the technology was working.

That's what I was thinking, but I figured I'd let someone else mention that instead.

As for Ben, didn't he pull a Sith Anakin and set servers on fire??

This is way off the side but I wish the "exclusive" item would come in a seperate baggy and they made as many as were ordered for say 3 months. That way the only true difference between ordering from SSC and the retailers is the accessory. If an extra accessory is worth $10 to you, you buy it direct, if not you don't.

No edition sizes. No competing with collectors. No worries about whether the Exclusive goes up while the Regular goes down. None of that.

Oh yeah, forgot about that. What a nightmare -- not since Sith Ani.

But I think once the servers went back up it took about 30 minutes, like you said.

Anyway, I would have thought an iconic Luke (for many the BEST Luke get-up) would at least sell out in about 30-40 minutes, especially with at least 100-200 of those already ordered at the con.
