Best Batman Actor thus far in Film

Yes I can.

Conroy has voiced two great versions of Batman ... but he's just the voice. He's a much smaller part of the portrayal than an actual actor. He's more celebrated because of Bruce Timm and the Arkham developers than for anything he did. Put his voice in Super Friends, and he's just another forgotten voice actor ... put him in Timm's series, and he's a fanboy dream.

Conroy never donned the cape and cowl. He never "played" Batman. He voiced him. He beats out Deidrich Baker (Brave and the Bold), Michael Ironside (BTAS DKR), Rino Ramano (The Batman), Olan Soule (Super Friends), Peter Weller (Dark Knight Returns), etc.

He not even on the same playing field as Bale, Keaton, Kilmer, etc. The Arkham/BTAS version of Batman may be top tier ... but its not Conroy's version. Its Bruce Timm's.

Incoming nerd fact... Kevin Conroy auditioned for the role of the Joker but got cast as Batman.

I think Kevin Conroy would have looked awesome as Bruce Wayne and in a Batman costume 20 years ago.

My point was just that often, voice actors, even ones who are definitively known for a part, often look nothing like their characters.
